The Oji WD-300 RG is one of the newest, limited production units which was designed to command attention from across the room. Unique to this unit, the Cherry Birch reinforced laminate wood is adorned with a gentle red laquer which beautifully highlights the gold-wrapped hardware.

Stately in construction and appearance, the WD-300 is Oji's top-of-the-line, commercial-use drip brewer. This device is hand-made in Japan by specialty artisans preserving the original craft dating back to 1963.
This dripper produces a smooth, less acidic, cold coffee that is rich and complex in character, yet surprisingly smooth on the palate. The WD-300 brews two concurrent 1.5L batches at a time which allow the barista to either run different coffees or controlled drip rates.
We recommend using the Doppi option for this device in order to more evenly distribute the water drops across the top of the coffee grinds. The standard version (shown in picture) requires the use of a circle paper or cotton filter on the top of the coffee grinds to evenly distribute water flow.
